If the Kainos HL7 Editor is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No long forms and no hard questions.
How to request a refund
Email us through our contact page within 30 days of purchase and include the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.
Timing
Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle.com. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Annual renewal charges follow the same 30-day guarantee. Submit your request within 30 days of the renewal date shown on your Paddle receipt.
To cancel before a renewal, contact us at support@kainoshealthcare.com at least 5 business days before your next renewal date. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time in an active subscription period. Your access continues until the end of the term you paid for.
